Api - LoadSoundtrack()

Loading a PlusMusic Soundtrack

The soundtrackId is the id field from the SoundtrackOptionData Class.

On success, LoadSoundtrack() will set the global variable serverArrangementsFile which includes a pointer to an array of Arrangements objects
